So you need some dvice on how to build up you M4 right well here is a complete guide on external and internal parts.

Taking Apart The Externals(front Wired):

Tools: Large and Small Philips Head Screwdrivers, Various Allen Wrenches, A Hammer, and Patience

First thing on Front Wired Guns is take off the Fuse from the Handgaurd(whick you will have to do for the Backwired as well) and move the Hand gaurd and the Fuse Wire out of the way. Then then take the first part of the delta ring set(if you have the oldfashion style) and take out the Back Body pin and Pull the wiring Through and tak out the inner Barrel and Hop Up and set them aside. Now Attach backk the Upper Reciever Back to the bottom but don't put the Pin Back In. Now take out the front Body Pin and push down the black button near the back(don't remember what it's called) and Jiggle the upper reciever and barrel off of the bottome Reciever. Now you should see the the top of the Gearbox. Now if you have a Retractable Stock Pull DOWN the Sliding mechanism and take off the stock(this is Important). Now You should see the Tube now take an Allen Wrench Or ScrewDriver and take out the little screw under the tube at the end of the gun. Once unsrewed take the baack off and you should be able to see the inside of the tube. Now take a Philips Head screwdriver and stick it in and try to unscrew the screw in the tube(Note: the screw is very long.). Once the screw is out wiggle the tube untill off. Now move onto the motor/pistol grip. Take the Philips head screwdriver and unscrew the front screw from the bottome of the grip. Then unscrew the back one(Note: it is important in this order so you are not to break it and the back screw is long compared to the front). Now that you have unscrewed it the piece covering the motor should pop up and then take off. There is a little shiny spacer which you should take out(Note: DO NOT LOSE IT). Now Carefully take out the wires from the motor connected to the sides of the motor. Once the wires are off the motor take the motor out with you hand and if it doest carefully take it out with Needlenose pliers. Once the motor is out there are two screws attaching the grip to the gun. Now unscrew the screws with a Philips head screwdriver(Note: To make your life easier leve them in place unscrewed). once unscrewed jiggle the grip at the angle it's pointing at ever so slightly untill off. Now take either the correct allen wrench key or screw driver to the mag release button(Note: Try not to stip it or you will have to replace it)once unscrewed take the button as well ask the screw off. Then take the spin in it out. Then lift the gun and take the other side of it out and move them aside. Now there is a little pin attaching the reciever to the Gearbox once you find it take either an allen wrench or a small screwdriver and hit it out. Now ake the small screwdriver and unscrew the feader in the front of the gun and take it out(Note:DO NOT LOSE). Now You should have the gearbox ready to take out just kind of Jiggle it out just don't break the reciever. Once out you have completed the External reamoval of the gun.
(Note: If Your Not In The Reading Mood Here Is A Link To A Vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xCxQ2ZZiiKc&feature=channel_page )

Taking Apart The Externals(Back Wiring):

Tools: Large and Small Philips Head Screwdrivers, Maybe a Flat Head Screwdriver, Various Allen Wrenches, A Hammer, and Patience

First Open the stock take apart the wiring the there is a screw take you Flat Head screwdriver and take it out. Now follow the other instructions Above^

Taking apart the Gearbox(Ver.2):

Tools: A Philips Head Screwdriver and a Specilty Screwdriver With the tip that looks like the Star of David, and a Rag

First put down the Rag and put the gearbox on it. Now Follow this video and when he starts to say how to put it together don't and follow my instructions on how to replace the wiring https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6ndj_KQGMY&feature=channel_page . With the gears out take out the trigger if not already out and unscrew the screw on the little black lever looking thing then unscrew the screw holding the wiring plate in and once out wiggle the wiring set up and out just be careful puting in the new wiring so the plate doesn't snap and it does take a few tries toget but it snaps in to a little notch in the top and once in screw it in the take the little black lever and screw the screw back in and make sure it's in the gearbox not facing out and take the trigger and once you put in the trigger there is a spring on it that just kindof stays in but then you have to hold the trigger in then follow the end of the video

Now Either GO backwards if you remember how to or Flollow This https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BNDLj9rcODI&feature=channel_page

Any Questions Or comment just Do that...

I would like to point out that in the Video, they show exactly why you don´t want to run a gun with both Spring Guide Bearings and Piston Head Bearings,

Look at the Main Springs, anybody else notice something strange about them ??

Now the age dosn´t matter, all 3 springs are showing irregular Twisting, and the top one is actualy bent in 3 different places, it is just a matter of time befor thes springs suffer a major break, hopefully only in 1 place, if it should break in more places, and small parts should land in the gears, well we all know what will happen.

Nice Find Mettalic.
