JG Full Metal Advanced RIS AK

Hey guys my friend wants to buy a JG Full Metal Advanced RIS AK

I was just wondering what you guys thaught about it or if he should look at a different gun thanks.

Like I, and many other members have Raved about on this Forum,
JG Isn't worth it!! If you're in that budget area, ECHO 1 IS FOR YOU.
They hace Excellent Quality Control in comparison to JG and you Always get hwat you pay for with them. And they have several AKs to choose from, for around the same Price.

Ditto on getting Echo 1 over JG. JG quality control really does suck so you can't be sure if you'll get a good one or piece of junk.

i have never had a bad experience with JG but that gun looks pretty sweet.

My experience is this. My brother has a JG AK and it shoots great and is decently built. A friend bought the same AK, after one or two outings the gun no longer works and the performance wasn't quite on par with my brothers if i remember right. I own one of their CQBR M4's, while it performs and shoots well enough for what i paid for it the delta ring either sucks or is missing a part. Thus the RIS hand guard is very loose and wobbles around the barrel. Another friend owns the same gun and it's fine. There's also though a JG M4A1 user in our group and so far it's also in good shape.

I hear this argument all the time; but the Truth is this:
What JG lacks is Quality Control.
Meaning that AEG you bought could have been Kickin', but then Iliveforthis99 or my squad Sniper/Engineer could buy one, and it craps out after 4 weeks to a month.
As a matter of fact, Ilive99 had a problem as he just said and so did my buddy. about two months after having it (It was their MP5-J)
So you have a CHANCE at getting a good one...but is it really worth it when you have a company like Echo 1 right next door with very close if not Identical prices?
