| No. Nor make them. I can only say that after a while, they get easier to make yourself. | |

| Do you have schematics and/or material lists on your website for someone who wants to make a M2HB? | |

| No. I was still designing a workable layout, when I said "bag it" on having my house full of unfinished 2's. | |

| ON TIGHTBORES, MY OPINION
On tightbores: Unless you are committed to purchasing ONLY the best ammo you can find, SKIP them. I've found them to be the biggest root cause of jams.
Everybody scrimps on ammo, once they start really spraying it. Ten solid minutes of playtime equals a pantload of airsoft pellets consumed. Even at a slow rate of fire, that's TWO $20 bags.
But say, you ONLY buy the BEST ammo? 99.9% perfect of 10,000 shots leaves 100 or so less than perfect rounds. Any one of them can jam in a tight barrel...
6.03mm's are the tightest I'd go, any smaller is just bragging rights and potential heartache. The gun HAS to be kept surgically clean, or it WILL malfunction. If I was marketing super-tights, I'd charge the MOST I could get for them, knowing half would be returned by customers who tried to use them with sub-grade ammo, had a problem, and blamed it on the barrel.
Dees, you out there? Dees? ...Dees? Seems a stout price was no savior, after all.
I've built and shipped over 300 guns. 20 had upgraded tightbores. And didn't need them. I worried they'd come back. None did, but I still would rather have a standard barrel in these ,if I'd kept them.
Consider a slightly looser (really, is .02mm really making your penis that much bigger in a conversation?) bore to be a "fail-safe' part of the design, and pursue performance gains elsewhere.
Keep in mind, firing a round projectile has physical limitations. Ask any black-powder guy, he'll concur.
Spending hundred$ on making a .28g round ball hit a tiny target at range, gets silly VERY fast. | |
