| First of all, I'd like to say -- I'M BACK! I haven't logged on in months because I forgot the name of the website... Now to get to the topic. I'd like some ideas on how to construct a low-budget (yet effective) ghillie suit for a sniper's role. I'm soon buying a Well L96 from my friend and I think I'm going to have that as my primary. I'd rather make a ghille suit instead of buying one because the pre-made ones have fixed camouflage instead of camo that I could change depending on the location of the game. Also I figured it would be more fun to make one =D. I'd like to spend less than 40 dollars on it and have it be moderately simple to construct. Any ideas are helpful and will be considered =D | |

| YOUR BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well 1 idea I have which is 50% effective to me, is to take a poncho (non tearing) and pierce 2 small holes close to each other(CLOSE!!!) then put a piece of string in the 2 then connect it into a cut of burlap. repeat
EDIT; OR sew it on | |

| bdus, with net sewed to the back of the jacket and legs, and then tie cut burlap to it and weave veg through it, then sew more net as a hood and tie more burlap to that. | |

| Be sure to tailor the design and color to fit your playing style and field. | |

| Well 1 way i found to be cheap and efective is to get a poncho (brown or green), some netting, camo duct tape (brown or green will work), and then what ever matterial u want to look like (mine is pine straw)
1. tape matterial to the poncho in long horizontal strips about 1 inch apart down the back
2. tape matterial to arms in loose circles
3.tape matterial to head in horizantal strips
4.cover the poncho with the netting
this is a cheap alternative and honestly it works better

Couldnt help getting a mental picture of one of these guys covered in leaves and nets: Congrats on your first post and welcome to Airsoft Allies!
