| Buddy of mine is looking to get a pistol since they're becoming quite popular in our group. He's looking at these two: http://www.airsplat.com/Items/GP-YP-SOCOM-USP.htm and http://www.airsplat.com/Items/GP-YP-M9.htm . I'm already going to tell him not to buy from Airsplat and was even going to tell him to pass on the guns due to them seeming to be on the cheaper side of the quality scale. I've never heard of the company who makes these so thought i'd ask about them before i tell him yay or nay. | |

| I haven't had any experience with them, but I was looking at a Y&P from AirsoftGI. Maybe tell him to watch some reviews on the specific models he was thinking about? I'm sure that would help him decide. | |

| well the best thing is to look at reviews, and see if the cons really that bad, and if they are don't get it and if they ar'nt get it | |

| Yeah it has mixed reviews from what i've dug up on it. Just was wondering if anyone here had any opinions on them. After reading and watching some reviews it does seem decent but nothing i'd ever consider getting for myself. | |

| Yeah i told him that today but i also said they don't look to bad and since he's just looking for a decent NBB sidearm it would probably serve the purpose. | |

| Ok I have the MK23 W/ silencer and for $40 its great. It shoots hard, mags are cheap, is durable and mags hold like 28 rounds! | |
