| It's spring... oh and it's out of stock. Just get a non-blowback/CO2 if you want a cheap pistol. | |

| You can get a better pistol for the price, man. You can actually get a decent plastic or even some full-metal CO2 pistols for under $55. I'd recommend going with something that you can get propulsion for locally. CO2 is really cheap at Big 5 over here, so we all have CO2 guns. At first I thought I wanted a spring sidearm for the reliability, not having to worry about becoming low on gas, etc. But after using one of my friend's CO2 pistols, I realized the advantage of a semi-auto backup weapon. I can tell you which guns NOT to get: my Ruger, or my friend's 1911. As I've said in another thread re: pistols, my mag likes to fall out, and his is built-in, so he can't get extra mags for it. That being said, any gun for this price range will have some quirk or problem (in my experience). Some of these problems can be worked around or ignored, and others really can't. So don't just get the one that looks best on paper, and good luck. | |
