| I haven't seen much on airsoft frag grenades. Does anyone have any experience with this? On paper, the cost is $99.95 for the grenade and a little bottle of lube which lasts 150 uses, $4.95 for additional lube, whatever they charge for shipping (I'll call it $10), and about $2 per use for BBs and gas, which comes to $112 to be able to use it even once. Spread that cost over 150 uses, and it's $2.73 per use. If you order more lube after your first 150 uses, your cost after 300 total uses would be $2.42 per use. My AEG was $150, with $13 tax, $52 in midcaps, and a $14 laser (with $5 shipping), and is $0.5 per 100 rounds including electricity. That's $235 total, $2.06 per use for 150 clips, and $1.28 per use for 300 clips. For a comparison. I'm not getting a grenade any time soon, but I'd like to hear whether this is any good or what else is out there, for future reference. | |

| Well, you'll need tons of pins and spoons if your terrible with finding pieces. It blows up and pieces pop out.
The way it works it spins, and the bb's flow out in a tornado fashion.
It's made of metal too, so throw it at someone, their screwed with a big bruise and a bunch of welts...
I wouldn't get it if i were you, but thats just me.

| Well, the stock grenade doesn't even have a spoon. It's just pull the pin and throw, so as long as you hold on to the pin, theoretically, you should find it still in one piece. | |

| Thats exactly right Omega...you don't need a spoonkit to use it. Thats one of the great things about the Tornado...no pieces to lose (unless you get spoon.
Id go for it. Heard lots of great things about it.
