Halloween Gun Building Contest!

as the tile says!

the catergories are:

CQB weapon

Field rifle

DMR/sniper rifle

RULES! ( general)

you must use this gun builder http://pimpmygun.doctornoob.com/app.html

no super-noob-pawnage rifles are you will be DQ-ed



all CQB: entries must be an SMG, shotty or CQB type assault rifle

field rifle's: must be an assault rifle or SMG variation.

DMR/sniper rifles: must be a sniper or modded assault rifle

one entry per person! but you may enter all 3 comps. of you want.

you can choose a base rifle from the list but it has to be ''more than stock''


the guns will be judged on originality, function and over all coolness.

the end date for the comp will be one week from halloween.

no useing photoshop or other image programs. other than to upload your guns to the forum!


when you post your gun you must tell me what class your entering and you can only have 1 gun per post.

I begun with my CQB design. G3 SAS with stock and silencer:


Field Rifle. I actually chose to do a Support weapon as long as its not against the rules. MG36 stock, C rail, and loudness. This is a gun I had to create, PMG does not have the MG36 as a default temp. Too bad there was no C-Mag...I used the M16 drum mag.


Now for my DMR...you just look at it and take a guess for yourself:

so ya ummm HOOYAH.

(FEILD) Ok so I first started with an M16A1 and threw a grenade luancher and heat shield on for good measures, Then came the new Magpul reciever with a longer barrel for added accuracy, removed the front sight and put a PEQ box on top of the heat shield, Next I replaced the old M16 pistol grip with a PSG1 pistol grip for better comfort. Then the retractable stock for added comfort while shooting.



(DMR) With the DMR I started with an M4 this time but as you can see I replaced the entire body of the gun with SIG 552 reciever and foregrip. Added a Bipod for better stability while sniping and a foregrip for a steadier shot when you cannot use the bipod. Added the retractable stock for better comfort while shooting. And of course a scope and scope rings because after all it is a DMR.



(CQB) For CQB I decieded to do something different instead of an SMG. I started off with the Mossberg 500A Shotty threw a shorter barrel for more manuverability and more power but sacrificing range. Put an RIS on the pump action foregrip so I could stick a foregrip and flashlight/combo for better grip. Next put a rail on the reciever so I could throw a HOLO sight on for quicker sighting.

to do it you go to the button up above the typing spot that says host an image get an account there and you can upload it to there, followed by pressing the picture button and copying the URL you get when you upload it and set it into the picture box

I think Storm wins the shotty spot. Wow that one is really(for lake of a better word) Cool.

the g36 rail looks a bit off tho, but who would beat that in time?

no the contest goe on for another full week. then i decide winner.

but so far they are all sound ideas, it will be hard I believe
