| Why would you want a cheap one cause if you skimp on quality then the footage wont be good for much. | |

| Just buy a ABS helmet. Then mount a block of wood to the top...slightly angled downwards towards the front. In the block have a screw the camera can attach to.
Nicer ones have a side camera that is shock proof. and doesn't jiggle as much. | |
