Airsoft Sniper...?

Hey,

Well i have a UTG APS2 Airsoft Master Sniper Rifle.
Ive had this rifle since January of 2009. Ive never shot it in an offical game just little two on two matches and shooting at random things(Cans, Tree's, fruit, etc...)
Well i havnt reall shot it like daily... Maybe like once every few weeks. From what its showing me, it shoots less then 400 FPS with .20's and its shitty accuracy(with .20s).
I know i should be useing sniper grade .30's or higher but i feel since the .20's are crapping out on me as 50 ft then how will the .30's or higher react? Will they go like 20 feet?

So should i buy a whole new gun OR should i stick with this gun and upgrade it. If i do upgrade it what parts do i need, where can i buy them, and how much will they be?

By "crapping out" do you mean it breaks and goes of in a wild direction?
If you get some better BBs the Kinetic energy from the Heavier BBs will carry it farther and still hit with roughly the same energy. and maybe your hop up is screwy?

get some .28's to start .3's are a bit on the heavy side. if you want some real mods PM me

2 get a new gun( I dispise it!)
3 or get .28 BB

Insane Mercc okay i will try and get .28's and see how they work. Also IDK if my hop up is probally "Watch your language" up. What happens is it'll shoot it the BB will go up about five feet(as its going foward) and then it'll drop off. So ill buy some heavier bb's and ill shoot it.
