| I bought a 220 fps, Well MP5 from Airsplat last year. it was a cheap gun, and its starting to crap out on me. On its page it says its an exact replica of a Tokyo Marui. So does that mean that i can upgrade gearboxes and basicly the whole gun with a Tokyo Marui Gearbox and workings? Please help! | |

| Yes wells can take marui parts but just ditch the gun alex the money you would spend on that could get you a way better sidearm. | |

| Well i actually have a really nice sidearm that i really like. its a UHC spring barretta. its not the most powerful sidearm at only 290fps but it cost me 15 bucks and shoots dead accurate. plus i would really like to invest in a new AEG because i believe that AEG's are the only way to go anymore. Also, i Know someones going to be like "well why don't you get a really nice pistol, maybe CO2 powered or something." I don't like using CO2 because in my situation its expensive, so i would like to get an upgrade to my MP5 and just stick with that because i really like the layout and would like to keep the gun | |

| Well if you do the research getting a decent gas pistol that runs on Green gas then you can get a $20 propane adaptor and $8 silicone oil and its very affordable. So...look into it a bit more. | |

| Y&P makes two non-blowback green gas pistols that are around $40 each, had a propane adapter and you're looking at a price of about half the cost of a nice blowback pistol. Propane is much much cheaper then green gas and 12g. CO2. | |

| It's not as simple as "Buying a GB and putting it in" This is expensive, and pretty difficult to do, especially if you're a novice. If you like your MP5, may I suggest the Echo 1 MP5? They have several varients to suit your style and won't burn a hole through your wallet. I had a well MP5 a long time ago, when I first started. It lasted me around 6 months, then crapped out as well. The motor killed itself. | |

| ya thats what its seeming to do, the motor doesnt even have enough power to come all the way back so it wont chamber a round at all. M14 double-tabs, i notice that in your picture your holding a Tompson. is that yours, if so, what did it cost and where can i get one? | |

| That's actually one of the hardest ways from what i hear. Much easier to just get a nice AEG then to try your hand at sniping especially if you're new. | |

| Ya but I like sniping alot and ive gotten an Airsoft rifle, it just crapped out on me and was not a good gun. I love it and me and my friend have talked about becoming a sniping team for months and I already know the guns i want so its just a matter of getting them for me. | |

PMd you with details. If you can figure it out, try to take your motor out then put it back in. In rare instances, this will fix it. | |
