| hi I'm new to airsoft and I'v always admired the M14. I was wondering which is a good M14 to buy that's not too expensive. | |

| The Echo1's aren't so bad and neither is the CYMA for $99. I have a Kart EBR which is upgraded and I love it. It all depends what kind your going for...EBR, SOC16, or Regular. | |

| IMO, they just look cheap. It looks like something you'd buy at a Walgreens or something. But that's just me. I have heard excellent things about the Tokyo Marui, Classic Army, and UTG M14s, though. | |

| I'm trying to find an M14 EBR, and so far KART has the cheapest one. I'm not really trying to get a high end gun since I'm just a beginner | |

| I use the Echo 1 SOCOM16, the shorty version of the M14. Cost me $160, and other than one jam up using (oh man here come the 'boo's and hisses') Crosman BBs it has performed terrific. A little on the heavy side, but oh well...it's an M14 not a M4! | |

| BOOS AND HISSES!
Haha, kidding. Jams can be expected when you use those things. | |

| KART EBR definitely. You are going to lose alot of range/accuracy with the Socom M14. | |
