I wrote to you explaining that you should just accept it and deal with it until it expires, then start from scratch on a good foot, you keep comming back with new profiles, well guess what ?

Moderators don't have that ability, as far as I understand. Admin will need to do it, but even he is at the mercy of the website hosting service. Many don't provide administrators with IP ban tools.
