| I learned to day that when playing with large amounts of concentrated douchebags, the best thing to do is confuse them. My favorite tactic today was to skip through the field belting out "Do you know the muffin man". Also, the Jackass Party Boy thing worked extremely well, which is rather remarkable. Nothing is more awkward than some dude wearing MAPRAT with a G36C strapped to him doing the whole Party Boy dance, especially if he is on the other team, haha | |

| Sounds like a great idea I should try that sometime. How close to them when you doing that party boy? And did you get hit while doing that? | |

It kinda depended on the situation. If I was hit and they were on the way back to my respawn, I would be really close, like within a foot, haha. And, of course, I would get shot numerous times. At one point, a guy put his 1911 practically against my arm and fired, haha. I don't blame him though, haha. @mgunner Yeah, I might try to do that. The only problem though, is the camer would get really shot up.

| It's also a great way to cover ground, haha. Yesterday, I skipped all the way to middle of the field before I got owned by about 20 people, haha | |

| no what you do is just walk up to them casually. if and when they ask "are you dead" you say. "nope" and shoot them. (this works best with a pistol) trust me it works. i have used it many times | |

trust me it works. i have used it many times Except refusing to a "bang bang" or "surrender" or "your dead" call is illegal at most fields/events.

| no this is just casually walking up. no red flags no guns or hands held in the air. you just walk up to them. because most of the time people will shoot you when you say nope. so might as well shoot em first | |

| I've seen that in use before too. Sunday, Mr. Trenchcoat walked through the other teams lines with only his WE Hi-Capa in his holster, asking to see the other team's team captain. The team captain came forward and said "What do you want?" Mr. Trenchcoat pulled his Hi-Capa, shot the team captain in the facemask, and said "I wanted to let you know you're out" | |

| If you thought that was funny, you really need to come to one of our skirmishes. Between Mr. Trenchcoat and I, you wouldn't be able to tell if you were airsofting or watching Jackass | |

| lol im the same when i airsoft. i had a pistol that shot 535 fps. so everyone agreed i could use it only at 100+ feet. so everytime i shot it. i would scream "500 baby! ahhahahaha" so everyone knew where not to go. also i would walk around the field casually. no tactics and just walk up next to people and tap them and say "hey you're out" theres lots of fun to be had when you play casually. | |

| How about leaving the AO without telling the other team?
My friends did that; we were playing kind of a scout/sniper game, with me (E1 M4) and my friend (UTG L96) up against five of my friends with various shotguns and AEGs (JG G36, JG MP5). We set up a great ambush and wait. And wait. And wait. Finally they show up about 100 yards in front and I throw a large rock to lure them in. The move in, we shoot at them and retreat up a hill and then along it. They follow us up and go behind a large group of bushes and trees. Occasionally one pops out and takes a random shot, but that's it. We then wait for about 30 minutes with no activity and so I call them on my cell and say, "Where the F are you guys?!?!" They say, "We went back to the house to get soda."
Guess who got shot on full auto at point blank when we got back?

| We were PISSED beyond belief. And then they act like it was okay. Whatever, back on topic. Playing CTF, move the flag about 10 yards and see how confused they get when they don't know where it is. | |

Unfortunately, that would resort in a massive epic fail on our parts, but a equally massive epic WTF moment for the other team since we wear full facemasks, haha - br55ftw wrote:

Flags are bolted into the wall, haha, but if they weren't, Id so do that

| Hide in the bushes for the enemy to walk by, then jump out and throw a handful of BBs at them I usually get shot when I do that, though. | |

| One word: Plywood. Our field is made of plywood. But if we had bushes, I would do that, haha | |
