| How do you customize your gear? Whether it be patches, writing, pictures, anything, how do you do it?
I have a few patches on my gear. I have the good ol' Pork Eating Crusader Patch, the MLD patch, the 9/11 We Will Never Forget patch, and the Gunner Patch. On my Vietnam Era Steel, I have various phrases written on it, including "Though I walk through the Valley of the Shadow of Death, I shall have no fear, 'cuz the gunships are on my side", "He who is not with me is against me", "Ezekiel 25:17", "Bomb Hanoi", "Don't Tread On Me", and I have "The Doors" as well as "HOSS" stenciled on as well. I have the name "HOSS" on all my gear except my boots and uniform so my gear can be identified easily.

| I have three patches stacked vertical on my plate carrier. Top is an OD American flag, middle is an infidel patch, and bottom is a dragon head with cool little red eyes. There's also German flag patches on both sleeves of my jacket. I really want to replace the American flag with a German one since it just doesn't go with well wearing Flecktarn. | |

Wiseass, haha. I often take some of my gear off in between games so I won't tire as easily. Keep in mind, my average airsofting day is 9 to 11 hours long.

| Team patch, subdued U.S. flag, rank pins. No fashion or flair for me. | |

Like under armor the way it set up, it keeps me warm in the morning, as it warms up i poor water on my base shirt which is the under armor, by time the water advaporates it's cooling down again so i need the extra heat.

| No patches or pins for me, except my blood type and eventually a team patch. I think the more you try to be like a marine or a soldier it's a sign of disrespect. We are out there trying to be something were not, going through the motions with no risks, so I add my own flare to it. | |

| Sounds cool, sniper!
@Creed I agree with you completely, though I do think some forms are okay, like reenacting and tributes and such.
I have decided that I'm going to go against Marine Corps guidelines and write "Manifest Destiny - Applying to Iraq Since 2003" on my helmet cover once I get it
