Well guys heres my team. Name isn't all that original, but its good for us. Some notes. Two of the guys didnt recieve their guns in time for practice so we swapped around a lot, and i was stuck with a plastic ak for most of the practice. We only had 5 guys show up because it was a little short notice. If any experienced team captains can offer advice it would really be appreciated. Because I really want this team to be better than the other teams in texas.

Be sure to practice together, get to know each others' strengths and weaknesses and use them to your full abilty.

TF must stand for task force im geussing, anyways im not a captin but i am a navigator for most teams because of being a sniper.
first is always have a defensive plan, defense is the best offence. then come up with offencive stratagies, to counter any defense the OpFor is trying.
hand signals are handy and a rank system also helps, since leader doesn't always go a full match. pretty much think of anything to counter your oponent. last thing of advice, don't walk into an ambush, and always stay frosty.

Those look familiar lol. There's a link to those on my team's website. Edit: wait a minute, those aren't the real ones! lol again.
As far as leadership goes, make sure to keep your team's interest. Stay active and keep doing things together. Mix it up. If you can keep everyone interested and serious about the game, you'll have a good team. If you can keep them interested enough that they're willing to practice and drill discrete aspects of the game, you'll have a great team.
As far as tactics go, you always need to know what you're doing. I only ever do 3 things: scout, attack, and defend.
When scouting, I don't know where the OpFor is, but they might know where I am. I need to stay alert and stay quiet. Noise gives away your (and their) position more than anything else. If I can't hear anyone, I move on.
When attacking, I know where the OpFor is, and they might know where I am. I need to pay attention to the details. How many of them are there? Have they seen us? Which direction are they prepared to defend from? How many of us are there? Will we be able take them by surprise? Will we be able to flank them?
When defending, I need to guess the direction the OpFor will attack from. It's up to me to make sure they don't see me until it's too late. I need to make sure that my partner or fireteam and I are in position to cover each other in case of various angles of attack. The best defensive position is one near, but not in the way of, a likely patrol route. The position should be partially concealed where you can comfortably go prone. Most important: stay awake and alert! It's easy to get lazy when comfortably prone. Keep your eyes and ears open, otherwise you're forfeiting your advantage.
That's just the quick and dirty of how I operate with my team. Hope it helps.

Here's a tip. Study tactics of the Viet Cong/Minh, the Afghan Insurgents during the Soviet-Afghan War, the North Koreans and Chinese of the Korean War, and other tactics of small guerilla units. I've been able to apply a lot of Viet Cong/Minh tactics into CQB very effectively.

Except most fields count anything that is in contact with you as a hit. If a bb hits the shield, it should be counted as a kill

In my opinion lose the pants, or just get them less baggy! Also, get better camo...

he means there way to baggy, i think so to. they don't look right, sorry but just ways of helping. As for the team you should all invest in a camo that everybody likes and works well with your area, this make you guys look more uniform, and if you can't do camo do like kakhi's, and a green brown, grey hoodi

Ya, I'm experianced in CQB, so hand signals really help, especially if your going to go in stealth...

Yeah, hand signals are key. Here's a few basic ones we use at our field.
Fist over goggles followed by pointing in direction means cover or watch that direction Pointing at goggles, then pointing hand in direction, then signaling 1-5 with hand means contacts in view in that direction,, ex: if I saw two contacts to my southwest, I would point at my goggles, then point my hand towards the southwest, then hold two fingers up
It's kinda difficult for me to describe them, haha, I'll try to find a guide online
btw: generally, a "point" at my field is putting all your fingers together and pointing your hand in that direction
