| Well guys, I need your help. I'm going to need a holster for my Glock, but I'm not sure if I want a plate-carrier mounted one or a leg holster. I know what to get if I decide to go for one on my plate carrier, but I can't decide what type of leg holster I should get that will fit a full size Glock. Any suggestions? | |

| I use a BalckHawk SERPA holster. For a drop leg, I do believe that it will be a bit over a bill, but not too bad for the quality you get for it. You can also get a replica, but I like real steel more haha | |

| I had been looking at a BLACKHAWK! one at my local gun store the other day. Not sure if it was a SERPA though. It was designed for proper finger placement. You had to press down a little button before you could pull the Glock out, and when you did that, your finger would be off the trigger. It was pretty cool, but I think it was only a belt holster, and I don't wear a rigger's belt | |

| I've seen those holsters, they're pretty sweet. I'd recommend just a regular waist-drawn holster over a MOLLE holster or a thigh holster. | |

| I don't really like waist holsters though. They make me feel like I should be riding horses and calling people "Pilgrim" | |

| Hahah, believe me, if you have a heavyweight/real-weight gun, a thigh holster will get annoying, even useless if you don't use your sidearm a lot. | |

| Thing is though, I use my sidearm A LOT. I use my sidearm for really tight quarters a lot, and I end up doing suicide charges with it a lot, too. It is gauranteed (sp?) that I'll pull my sidearm at least three times during a game. | |

| Alright then go ahead and get a thigh holster if you want but the weight annoys me, but that's just me. | |

| What do you think about the MOLLE holster, though? It seems like it would fit my needs well | |

| If you think that would be comfortable and easily accessed... go for it. | |

| @Drummer The main thing with me and the plate-carrier mounted one is that I could mount it right behind my hip, so it would kind of be a more natural draw for me. Don't ask me why, but it just seems more natural right there. | |

| Hoss, what color holster are you looking for?
I have an OD leg rig that I could throw in with the Glock

I'll let it go for $10. Bought it for $25...hasn't seen much field time...so I think $10's a fair price.
