I'm writing an article for Vantage about youth programs...so far I have:

-Civil Air Patrol Cadets (Air Force Auxillary)
-Law Enforcement Explorers (Sheriff’s Dept/Police)
-Fire Explorers (Fire Department/Medical)
-Sea Scouts (Navy, maritime sea ventures)
-Young Marines (Marine Corps)
-Nation Guard ChalleNGE (For at-risk youth)
-American Red Cross Volunteers (Medical, humanitarian outreach)
-Hospital Volunteering (Medical, childcare, etc)
-Youth Radio (Media/Communications)
-Junior Ski Patrol (Mountain rescue, Medical, Survival)
-Junior Life Guards (Medical, etc.)
-JROTC (Various)
-Boy Scouts (Ewwwwww...)

Anything else you can think of?
