| http://www.airsoftstation.com/moelaipiwexb.htmlThinking about getting this before I get my aeg mainly becuase it is cheaper and it is a closeout sale. I have checked a few other sites and this seems to be the best deal. Tell me what you think and if you have seen any better deals. | |

| AEPs honestly don't impress me at all. They are so underpowered it's to the point where it's kinda sad. I'd personally skip getting a pistol now or get a decent NBB pistol. | |

| Good point but I don't really like gas guns that much for a few reasons. 1.To me it feels like you are throwing your money away every shot. 2. Doesn't work as well in cold weather. 3.The more you shoot it the less power it has when you are running out of gas. These are just a few I could think of off the top of my head. | |

| If you're thinking about using this instead of an AEG, DO NOT. | |

| Yeah, that's not a mistake to make, man. Definitely go for a primary first. If nothing else, just buy a decent springer pistol for a back up | |

| No I would never do that instead of an aeg just thought I might get that first instead of the aeg because that is a closeout and the best deal. Any links you can give me for a springer, I would prefer a m9 possibly full metal. Or I would be good with anythng really. Remember no gas! | |

These are just a few I could think of off the top of my head. 1. Use propane, much much cheaper then green gas in the long run. 2. True but how often are you really looking to play in cold weather? NBBs should even work a little better in cold weather since they don't need to blow-back. 3. True again however that AEP you're looking at can only do around 200fps. Most GBBs alone can still shoot around 250ish with the last few shots.

| Just check out Evike (How I hate that name) to get an idea of what you want, then look for it someplace else. They have a decent selection of springers | |

| You can buy propane just about anywhere. I can walk down the street to my local Big 5 and buy four cans of propane (1 can will last 4x longer than a can of green gas) for $20. On the flipside, I can go to my local gun/airsoft shop and buy a can of green gas for $15. You decide which is better. | |

| Idunno, I've had great experiences with AEP's. Gas is where the problems lie for me. A good AEP can hold up against a GBB any day. It would make a good sidearm IMO.
But if you do decide to go with a propane side...remember to lube up!
Take a look at the Cyma AK-47/74 series...they're great AEG's for the price. I like to keep one in my inventory to rent out.

| A friend of mine has a Glock AEP, and if he's shooting through bushes or brush, there is absolutely no penetration. You pretty much have to have a perfectly clear shot at someone to hit them. If (and only if) you play a lot when it's cold, you might consider a CO2 pistol. They're waaaay overpowered when it's warm, but when it's freezing they're more reasonable. They're also super accurate. It all really depends on how often you use your sidearm, and whether it's cold most of the time when you play. Spring may actually be the best option for you right now. | |

| Which of your friends has a Glock AEP? If your referencing JOAT I know for a fact his pistol has penetration. I also know that while you read that you thought of someything dirty, so get your mind out of the gutter please I believe it has no place here and is frowned upon. | |

| Sorry I'm not trying to spam, won't happen again, I just can't take the internet anymore, it's really destroyed some parts of my life right now, and this just ticked me off, coming into my home, my internet "domain" were I have forged friendships, and treating it like a homeless man's box...
But My CYMA Glock 18 AEP is amazing, low FPS doesn't matter on a pistol, and the chrono reads around 265FPS! Buy lots of mags, buy an extra battery, buy an upgraded spring if you can find one, and then you have the best CQB weapon you'll ever see!
The only advantage of gas is slightly higher fps and realism, that it!!

You aren't going to find one. Cyma is done for and all Glock replicas have been discontinued by all retailers. If you find one being sold by a private party, it will likely be for over $150.
