| I really like FlakJak goggles and have heard a lot of good things about them (the MIL-STD-662F is also nice ). The problem is that I can't find any stores that sell any other colors besides Tan for $25 (which is the Tan goggles' price). Can anyone find anything else, or would the tan goggles be okay in a woodland environment? Thanks!

| Hmm, they're listed as FlakJags on Evike.com and on Airsoftgi. Those are them, and the coloring doesn't look too bad. I think I will get these. | |

| @ br33ftw Do you mind if I use your thread to ask a quick question about the FlakJaks? | |

| Thanks, br33ftw! Do the FlakJaks come with goggle the goggle cover that you can keep on the band? When I start moving into field this April, I want to get some goggles for my loadout, but I want the cover for them, like in this picture. Sorry my wording is sorta jacked up, I'm a little out of it (allergies) | |

yes they come with the goggle covers that you can keep on the band plus dark lenses that you can switch out! the only issue is that they fog up alot but the quick fix solution is to remove the vents.

| You could check out the Scott Full Face Mask from ASGI. It's the one I'm getting and it's completely your choice on what you want to wear. You can remove the mask, goggles, and the visor, take one off, keep one on, use only the goggles, whatever you want. $25 on GI.
EDIT: And the reviews say they "hardly or never fog up". The goggles fit prescription glasses too.

| As far as color goes, tan did not work at all where I play, which is NW woodlands with medium underbrush. The tan band going around my helmet was a dead giveaway to snipers. A friend and I ended up dying our elastic bands black. Tried spray-painting the frame too, but that didn't work out all that well. I'm sure it could be painted if you use the right paint and maybe give it a couple coats. You really don't want anything (especially on your head) that sharply contrasts the rest of your gear. | |

| @Drummer I have that mask, and it works... for the most part. The foam padding's kinda fallen off at parts. and the plastic's been cracked a little bit from under-MED shots | |

| I see... but I like the goggles but don't want to spend $30 more for the black/OD version. There's some G&P (I think, too lazy to check) standard US Army goggles as well, they are a little cheaper. If I get the link I'll post it. | |
