| Lugers are normally great and one of my friends , who is a major WWII fanactic , has one that works great. | |

| It looks good to me, but there are a couple others on here who can be much more informative than I could.

| The only problem with WE guns is they seem to have a comparitive short life span. There good guns but you might have to replace a few things after about a year or so.
KJW makes one that's really reliable and cheap. They can shoot kinda hot depending on the gas that you use but they won't break as fast as the WE.
Linkage: airsoftsmith.com/store/product_info.php?cPath21_23&products_id=299
If that doesn't work copy and paste it( I typed it all by hand).

| Sticks 13, Thank you for the input, as I am really considering what you said. I really appreciate the link, as thats what I really wanted when posting this--is more variety for picking out my Lugar. But unfortunately, The one you showed me doesnt really have that WW2 Lugar look to it.... But i'm still looking! | |

| I'd say go for it if you're looking for a good Luger. This gun is beautiful! It'll go nicely with your Thompson WE makes some quality pistols, and the blow-back is slightly different than their standard types, I think you won't have any problems with it malfunctioning soon. WE is popular for a reason - they make great guns. That KJ Works Luger Sticks posted is worth checking out. Almost half the price, still a great manufacturer, non-blowback (saves gas, break down less, but maybe you wanted a GBB?), and still all-metal. However, check out the FPS on that thing! 420 FPS with .2g BBs. If it really shoots that hot, and there's no way to manually adjust the FPS, then please do me and all your opponents a favor and use .25-.28g BBs to slow down those BBs. You probably won't even be allowed using the pistol in CQB situations on regulated fields. | |

| Thanks for all the great links, Alabama! I think as of now I am really considering the one on ShortyUSA, as I'm a member htere, and I didnt even know they had this gun! I like Walther P38, but I really don't consider it a Luger. It came later during WW2 to replace the Lugar for Germanys sidearm, as it was not as expenxive to make. But anyways, thanks alot as I now have a large variety to choose from. Anybody else know any links, shoot em' my way!! Oh, and anybody know where I could get extra mags for it?? | |

| Hey, everyone, thanks for the replys and advice. As some of you already know, I have ordered the WE Luger from AEX.com, along with a bag of 4,00 AE BBs. I chose the shipping option "THREE DAY SELECT" I will post a review, and PLENTY of pics for you guys. I just hope it gets here in time!! (BEFORE August 1st) But yeah, as I had most of my questions answered, and I have already bought the gun, ADMIN, feel free to close/lock this thread. I'm not saying you have to or that I neccesarily WANT you to, but you know, I just figured I would let you know that this thread doesnt really serve a purpose anymore, and that you can do as you wish. Thanks everyone, DOUBLE TAPS | |
