| I have been looking around the internet for the last day and i can't seem to find a 10mm mock silencer to fit the galaxy mp5k. Does anyone know where to find this? I am probably going to get the gun, but i don't like the flash hider, so i would like a silencer. Thanks for the help. | |

| Why get a "mock" silencer. Just for a little info you can buy a silencer with a foam barrel kind of... This slows down the bb a hair but it also reduces the loud POP you hear when you fire. Airsoft extreme suppressorsMore | |

| Ok, Some advice though before you click the link. I just realized that silencers are mainly 14 mm CC threaded (negative) Your going to need a attacher 14 to 10 mm CC threaded. CC = Counter clockwise (negative) C = Clockwise http://www.airsoftatlanta.com/external.htm#silencersUnless you find a mock compressor that is 10 mm threaded off the bat. And follows the thread pattern, CC or C, on your muzzle. These will still suppress some pop but you will still have it. Later on though, it will be more of a big deal when you have a AEG that has a high accuracy rate. that way you don't give your position when you shoot.

| A mock silencer can be found at most airsoft sites , you should be able to find one at the place you bought your Thompson . | |

| there was one person who made his own silencer out of the packaging foam and duct tape using a empty toilet paper roll as a type of mold. As long as you make it rigt it should look great and barely effect the bb. Questions? Email me @ generalmdbk@hotmail.com | |
