alright so i have been searching for m4's. i have found one (airsoftgi m4 ris) it does not come with a battery. and my price range is 250 and under. should i buy a gun with a stock battery or should i buy one seperate?

An aftermarket battery will be better most of the time then a stock issued battery. Plus you have options like increased voltage and Mah then most stock batteries.

yea thats what i was thinking. but i was just wondering because if i am going to pay a lot for a quality gun then should i just buy a gun with a stock battery.

try the src (tsd) m4s they are higher quality then that i bet, plus you get all the "Watch your language" you need it to have and they run for 150 dollars and up

The cheaper TSDs are awful quality (at least from what i've seen). The few i've handled felt like they were about to fall apart in my hands and they were brand new. If he's looking the GI's G4 line then they are actually G&G Combat Machine based guns. I've yet to see a plastic body gun feel as solid as they do and offer nice performance for the price.
