| You know how ARES makes the Tar 21, for $500? Well, I heard at another place that CYMA might clone it, you think that's true? | |

| Echo1 is usually the company to clone guns from other companies. If CYMA were to do it, I would not be suprised, though. | |

| It'd be cool if they do and probably would be cheaper. Still though, i'd buy the Ares over it any day. | |

| One of the guys at my local field has the Ares Tar21...its crap. Definitely not worth the money other than the fact that it looks cool and its rare. Internals suck, the built in red dot sucks, the plastic is weak.
If you were to get it, be ready to pay a ton more for better internals.

| Have to agree with Spl Durkee,
Aside from being a novelty the new ARES Tavor CTAR-21 is probably the most expensive, ineffective AS Replica on the playingfield. Nevermind the blinding Red-Dot, Molding Marks and Seams, complicated disassembly, only being capable of taking Mini Batteries, the Performance is a disaster, with 1,4J ( .20g BB´s ), the gun has a range of about 20 meters before the straying BB´s make it next to impossible to hit the ground without effort.
If CYMA does decide to bring out their own version, I´m sure it will be a better gun for less than a third the money.
ARES ( Star ) really screwed the pooch on this one.

| I would kill to see a Cyma Tar21. Cybergun has taken my heart with the AK-47 and M14. I've spent alot of $ on AEG's...but the $100-$200 Cyma replicas have a special place in my heart...right next to my Grandmother I don't care what anyone says, they're right up there alongside Echo 1. E1 just has a better PR department. I mean seriously, I have yet to find a Cyma website/email/phone#/location-of-business. If they got that area of their business under control, they could definitely compete on the AS market. A Tavor would reaffirm my beliefs in Cyma's abilities. | |

| Yeah Ares is making a Tar 21. I honestly think the Tar 21 is a B-E-A-U-TIFUL gun but for the price tag of $450? Not worth it. Id take a KWA KM4 or SR12 and upgrade the "Watch your language" out of that beofre a Area Tar 21... Just my opinion....
Oh and about CYMA... i don't care about CYMA, to me they are "Watch your language". ME and my friend both bought AK's and they broke 7 months into the use with only 2 battle uses each time... AND my friend actully replaced his 3 times before he just said FU*K IT! and bought and Echo1.
