Well guys I hate to say it, but you were all trolled. This guy was a fake, and I personally cannot believe no one called him out on it... Things he didn't do correctly,
1: didn't research his MOS' or unit organization properly. Less than 1% of the US population has nothing to do with him not being in a ODA. Organization is crucial in the military, they wouldn't allot anyone to just wander the battlefield traveling from unit to unit...

2: He said he did all of his training(except for sniper school IIRC) at Bragg. Every infantrymen in the US Army goes through Benning for basic. Bragg only houses PART of the SF pipeline, he didn't mention anything about the pipeline in the first place.

3: He couldn't spell. SF is very hard to get into, you need excellent scores on the ASVAB. If you cannot spell at a 9th grade reading level, chances are your not getting into any SOF/SOF capable candidates school.

5: He used incorrect military terms to describe what he did and who he was.

4: He was posting from an IP in new mexico. Near Albuquerque to be exact. Off of SR122 IIRC. In his profile he said he was from VA... Way to go dude, like people can't see your IP...

Troll found out in the first few hours, Zane can testify. I probably let this run on for to long but I was going to see if he came clean or not.

I noticed too, but I wasn't going to say anything. My dad was in the military, and I noticed the organizational issues.

I figured, that's why I didn't bother asking him anything about it.

I usually ask if I have the least bit belief they could be for real but.. not this guy. Hooray for -1 faker.

I will attest to what Sticks stated. In addition to Sticks's staements his refusal to state what units he served with serves as further prove that.

When he made that new topic almost blatantly trying to show off that hes was a real(fake) sniper it sent up the red flags and I diddnt post on it because of that reason......WTG on the IP thing!

Warning Flags should go up as soon as somebody starts bragging about being this or being that, and when people start talking smack about having served in any of the SPEC-Ops fields, Flags Flares Whisltes and Bells should be sounding !!! Most members to the very last say very little about what they do or did, tho they may have an `` A Type ´´ personality, very few are outspoken and full of bravado, they enjoy being low key and let their actions speak for themselves.

TIP.. next time you think that you are dealing with a `` POSER ´´, ask them to post a scan of their DD-214, usualy shuts them right the h@ll up.

There are many sights that are looking for these jerks, making it public that not only are they faking, but some goes as far as to destroy them in the web, demonstrating just what kind of looser they realy are.

As far as qualification to SOF-Q and SOF-T almost everybody here would make the points on the ASVAB, a GT score of 110 is not that hard, it´s the mental strength that comes heavily into play later during the Q Course, and even more so later during T School and the 18 month probation period after training.
