Well they're basically the same gun and they have rails. One has a PEQ box and the other has a crane stock and sling adapter. There are those who don't like PEQ boxes since they don't look realistic (??) but they'll be easier to work with battery wise. Crane stocks can be picky on what battery they can use, i.e. not all crane stock batteries will fit in it.
