| Hey guys, Im was thinking about saving up for a good AEG (Ares PPSH) when someone said that they hated AEGs and that gas was the way to go. I know gas rifles are more expensive and take more mantenence, but is it really worth it. Also what are some AEGs or gas guns I could look for in the 250-400 range?

For gas, I'd recommend any WE GBB-R, if you can find them stateside, and the JG M4A1 GBB-R if it ever gets stateside. Stay away from the AGMs, those are pieces of crap. | |

| If they put it like that i'd say ignore anything they say about the matter. AEG and GBB is pure personal preference.
Personally i prefer AEG's over GBB rifles although i'm not against using them and i actually want to get one. The WE MK16's are supposed to be really nice from what i've heard and right now they'd be my top choice if i was to get a GBB. KWA is coming out with a GBB M4 though, which knowing KWA should be really amazing. Not sure on when it'll be released or what the price will be though. | |
