| Um, just train with them, wear the chest rig around the house a little bit to get used to the feel. Watch for faults in the vest, like stitching coming apart, rips, and tears, and the like. If need be, go over weak points with a little bit of electric tape. | |

| wear the chest rig a bit tight otherwise it will bounce around when running etc. | |
