| Man, this has been the worst season so far for allergies..... The junipers are really making me miserable, and it doesn't help we've got a big ol' juniper bush in front of my house. And of course, the spring sandstorms we get here don't help either. I've sneezed sand, which really hurts a lot... This has been going on for the past three weeks, dangit!
Any of you guys have bad allergies right now?

| Nopers. You can easily train your body to not react to allergens...just move to California I'm so used to the smog and dust and crap in the air that my immune system just doesnt react to it anymore heheh. Another reason California rocks! (still a long list of reasons why it doesnt) Yay california!

| Yea... Georgia pollen is really bad too...I believe the average count for a day is 2,000 particles per hectare. | |

| It's horrible here right now... the combination of dust, juniper, and just about any other pollen has thrown me for a loop.... haha, no matter what I take, be it Alka Seltzer, those allergy meds, whatever, it's not helping me at all. To sum it all up, | |

| Wisconsin sucks, we have what I'd call an epidemic of allergies, almost the whole school was messed up in one way or another because of them, and the odd floor cleaners don't help | |

hahaha I know what you mean, we have like 4 different floor cleaners at work, and you need to mix them sometimes so you get some wack smells. the problem is when I have to mop the floors and that mix happens, my nose gets dry and then I get a bloody nose.

| Yeah, we get that same messed up chemical smell in the area where MCJROTC does inspection. It is the worst thing ever trying to stay at attention and keep from sneezing while your Platoon Commander is watching you. If you sneeze during inspection without permission, you can only hope that your Platoon Commander is merciful and only makes you do elbows and toes for five minutes, haha. | |

| The good, fun things you do and learn outweigh the bad things you have to do ten to one. Besides, if you ever want to join the military, you might as well get used to it now. I actually like the idea of having to ask permission to sneeze. It kind of shows you that if you screw up, if you step out of line, you will pay for it, whether it be in Boot or in the field. | |
