I Am NOT pleased with them right now. First of all, all that waiver buisness wasn't cool. And now the age is 21? Whatever happened to 18.....? Okay, so the waiver wasn't that bad. But yesterday, I hear a loud knock on the door, and I was so excited, I run upstairs, look through the glass on mr front door....there it is! He's holding my precious Luger box in his hands! I open up, ready to take the box from, and then everything falls apart. He says:
"Son, are your parents home?"
"Uhh, Nope"
"Well you need to be 21 to sign for this package"
"What? well I'm going out of town tomorrow, and both my parents work all day!"
"Oh, I'm sorry but you need to be 21"
"I've never had to do this for my previous airsoft guns I've ordered."
"Oh? Well It's this companys policy. Not UPS. Sorry, kid"
GAAAHHH!!!!! So now, I will most likely NOT have my luger on my trip! Just because AEX had to start this policy.....I lost sleep last night, I'm so agry. Well, I'll keep you guys posted..... Mad

I assume you're talking about airsoftextreme... The "waiver" business is pretty standard for airsoft websites anymore due to irresponsible kids buying these guns and getting in a lot of trouble - which blame is sometimes placed on the retailer for initially allowing the kids to purchase these guns at such a young age. So yeah, it sucks, but it's not a big deal when you have someone to sign for you.

Second, you had to be 21 to receive the gun? Weird. I've never heard of such things. That sucks man. Where are you going on your trip - will you be playing airsoft there? Whether you are or not, that still is unfortunate. I know how bad it is waiting for your guns to arrive. For an airsoft gun you'd think it'd be 18 or older to simply receive it from UPS. I don't think it would've been so bad though if it hadn't been a day before your trip, right? It was just unfortunate timing. However, I still think you should have been clearly informed of this policy. Were you pleased with them if you don't include the policy mishap?

ADMIN, Yes, I would have. Other than the shipping, I was actually considering making them my prime choice for all my airsofting needs, even BBs. But now I am re-thinking this. And I'm going to Kentucky lake with M16-A3 and another airsofting buddy. we will stay on a house boat for a few days, and the days were not on the house boat, we were planning on doing alot of airsoft. If you ask M16-A3 about my Luger, He'll tell you its ALL I've been talking about. It's about a five hour drive there, and I planned on drooling over my Luger the entire way there, holding it and playing with it in the car. But, so much for that Sad

Man. I don't know what to say. That sucks man. I had a similar experience with my L96. Try not to let it get to you too much.

They are just making things worse and worse......I emailed them two days ago, and still no reply. I am running out of time.....Somebody please help!
Hey everyone, bad news. Lugers broken. And no, I'm not just going to dump it on AEX, I will admit it is my fault. this is the first time I have broken a nice gun of mine, and I feel incredibly stupid. I nearly destruyed the rubber piece that holds the barrel in place, and I think It is also the hop-up. I did slightly fix that with a little help from M16-A3, but now the shots are all innacurate and less powerful. Adding to that, when I put a new Luger mag in, fully loaded with all 15 BBs, all fresh gas, cock it, and pull the trigger, it shoots. BB goes out fine, however innacurate. But after that, If you pull the trigger, the blow-back mechanism fires, but the BB either doesnt chamber, or it doesnt leave the barrel. I'm not sure which one, as This past week has been hectic with me being in Kentucky. I'm back now, and have alot of airsoft stuff to work on. I have a question however, I CAN send the gun back to AEX, right? Won't they fix it up for me, and just charge me for replacement parts and shiiping? I REALLY hope so. It is hard to keep a positive attitude about this, as they are probably my last hope. Oh yeah, and one thing that ISN'T my fault, is that the mag also leaks a TREMENDOUS ammount, just like my other gas gun....AY CARUMBA!!!

Something happend to me like that too.
I ordered a "full metal" g36 from some old site, they deliver it to my door and they make me sign, I'm not 18 so I call my dad and he can't come home for about an hour.
I ask the guy if he could come back later (thank Don't use the Lord's name in vain. he was nice) and he said "Watch your language" try.
Later I get it and guess what, it crappy plastic and broken!
I hate some sites...

Actually, If somebody would delete this, that would be nice.....Because I'm in love with them now. They fixed this very same gun FOR FREE. TWICE. and they even paid for shipping. I tell everybody to order from them now. I ordered a KWA M4 from them on Sunday. We'll see how that turns out.

Well I am lucky enough that my parents are willing to let me buy them. But I do have to work for the money most of the time I only get money for my birthday or christmas other than that I have to do big chores like clean the basement or the garadge to get anything. I save alot of what I get and the only real things I spend money on are airsoft and girls. So really it is just saving.

I got my first TM when I was 12(Almost 13) I started saving 3 years before when I first found out about the sport. I dropped 312 on it and it never let me down.

AEX is a really good retailer, as long as you stay within their guidelines they will do anything for you. They do charge a re socking fee, but so does every other major retailer.

Sticks, what is a re socking fee? All I know is, they fixed my Luger TWICE for me, and even paid for part of the shipping. Even after I admitted the first time was completely MY FAULT. I guess they didn't charge me for this "re socking" fee?

Just to let you know creed, even real g36's are plastic. They are just reinforced with fiber glass. If you see a full metal g36 next time think to yourself "No Way!"

Hm, thats strange. (Not in a mean way, LOL) I never would have considered that. I can usually navigate it pretty easy, the toolbar is right on the side of their homepage. They even have a search bar.

Well, as you know I ordered a KWA M4. I ordered it last Sunday. Yet I just gat an e-mail YESTERDAY saying they have just shipped it, and that it will arrive on the TWELFTH. It took them a week and two days just to ship it? I'm not really angry, just a little annoyed.I guess it's a small price to pay for such excellent customer service. I am not angry, but I just thought I should share that with you all.....
