hey all....i'm bored waiting in between classes so here it goes.

I am 24 and am a student at OU in Athens, OH as an Engineering student.

I have played paintball for nearly 11 years now including about 8 years of tournament paintball Experience.
I have only played airsoft a few times thusfar and went to blind fury 4 last year....it was great! I have a CA mp5A2 with tightbore, pdi170 spring i think, and a 9.6 battery with 40mm simmons reddot(huge Very Happy ) Blind Fury went pretty well as my paintball skills helped a ton in being able to snap shoot and get out of some jams. I was one of the members who got to be lead be URCS radio comm to light up some guys as mentioned in the tactics by seabass and it was awesome:) I found out through blind fury that though being aggressive in paintball, being in the woods made me much more focused on stealth and much less aggressive to the point where i am considering trying the sniper role for airsoft and maybe purchasing seabass's m14. i greatly enjoy the contrast between paintball and airsoft and think they compliment eachother nicely with various strengths over eachother.

ohh...and more on gear....i have 8 mid caps for my mp5 holding 90 each(high cap is only 200 for mp5) and bum sidearms of either slacker or seabass right now.

I try to help seabass in teching gear when I can just to give him a different perspective and we have solved some issues he was having with the m14:) so im saying i do have some basic knowledge at which to help tech things or at least pose theories or postulates Laughing to problems

well..thats enough for now.

Welcome to the forum buddy! He isnt joking about the helping with the M14... it would be double feeding and only shooting about 300fps without his help. Very Happy Had some issues with a PSG1 barrel not wanting to line up with the barrel clamp. Which, we solved with some creative thinking and some electrical tape. <-- Since then it has been setup for a more permanent solution. If you want to know about it, I can give you the details, but I dont think they are necessary to post at this time. Smile

His MP5 has a great rate of fire, and it is also very accurate. I have been shot by it several times... one time in particular, I decided to charge him from 20yards thinking he was somebody else, turns out I was mistaken. The 30 BB's that hit me didnt feel very good either. Mad

Stormtrupr is actually really quiet in the woods, so having him on your team is a major asset as not very many people hear him coming. He also is a great team player... which, is mainly due to his paintball experience. This year at Blind Fury 5, I have a feeling we will be wreaking havoc all over the field together. Very Happy

I dont think it will be too hard to shoot up newbs like those 2 kids (the elite one's) we shot like 3 different times without them even seeing us until they were out. Very Happy

For those of you who dont know who Buttercup is...

I woke up in our tent at last years tent and heard something outside, almost like somebody going through our car. I then proceeded to slowly unzip the tent door and look out. About 10 feet away there was about a 1400 lb bull starring at me. I then zipped the tent back up and prayed that it wouldnt kill me. Very Happy Hotel is a big 10-4 stormtrupr.
