It depends on what role your playing.
If your playing assault, get the KWA M4 (KM4 RIS), if you are planning on being a DM (Designated Marksman) get the A&K SR-25K (the ER25K is just a re-branded A&K SR-25K) or a nice KWA M16.

I would go with the KM4 RIS because it's versatile and it's a great gun.

I'd go with the KWA, mine is just amazing and i've been very happy with it. G&P makes great stuff as well and if you like the idea of a full stock then there's nothing wrong with the G&P. The ER25K does not use standard M16/M4 STANAG mags in case you didn't use. It needs larger style mags which are 7.62x51 size in the real steel version so fitting them into regular STANAG pouches is a no go.

The 7.62 mags will fit into M14 or M21 mag pouches. Although its hard to find those in the right colors...as they were mass produced in OD...with only a few runs of tan. Although I'm sure theres some off-brand ones out there with the right colors. I second the KWA...you really just can't beat their stuff. I can also vouche for the A&K SR-25. For the brief time I owned it I found it to be a great little rifle (not little at all). Selling it was one of my biggest mistakes.

Good call on the rail covers. Even with gloves on the RIS is rather uncomfortable to hold and the covers will protect the RIS from dings and dents that can happen while playing.
