gundam!!!!!

so officially one of the coolest animations/toys i remember from when i was young. i have been feeling anime nostalgia of what i saw when i was young ever since i watched the very first episode of pokemon a month ago and was randomly shopping for gundam action figures on amazon. does anyone else remember gundam and its pure awesomeness?

I remember gundam models/ action figures. Oh, the days I spent building, painting, and playing wih those things when I was 8. Good times.

I always thought they were pretty lame so never got into any of that stuff. But yeah i do remember them.

Yeah, I kinda despised the show, but I was into building models, and they were always the most fun to build.

yeah the models and figures were a lot of fun to play with. i absolutely loved them. but they are so hard to find now. i remember when stores like walmart and toy'r'us used to sell them but now that is no more... they only sell super lame crap haha

Dude, I was a Digimon freak too! High Five! I loved Gundam, too. I used to have one of the little graphic novels, but I read it 'till it fell apart.

No Pokemon, Digimon, Anime, Comics, though I did love Star Wars and Lord of the Rings when I was 7 to 10 years old, but that's another classification of awesomeness

i was a lego/gijoe (the cool 1/6th scale figs not the lame 3 inche tall figs) gundam/megabloks/toysoldier (legit toysoldiers not green army men) kind of kid haha

Ah, the GI Joes! I have a bunch of those still, haha. I had both the ones that were supposed to be historical and the GI Joe team, like Duke, Snake Eyes, and all them. Epic Win!

Yeah i still have a bunch of Joes packed up in my room. The classic style was the best, the whole Joe vs. Cobra thing killed the line after it picked up again.

joe vs. cobra has been around since the late 80's i believe. but its still complete crap since then. i love 1/6 figures, they are so cool and realistic. i have a 1/6 figure seal team i have a whole lot of stuff.
