| Hey everyone, bad news. Lugers broken. And no, I'm not just going to dump it on AEX, I will admit it is my fault. this is the first time I have broken a nice gun of mine, and I feel incredibly stupid. I nearly destruyed the rubber piece that holds the barrel in place, and I think It is also the hop-up. I did slightly fix that with a little help from M16-A3, but now the shots are all innacurate and less powerful. Adding to that, when I put a new Luger mag in, fully loaded with all 15 BBs, all fresh gas, cock it, and pull the trigger, and the blow=back works fine, however the BB does not some out. and then If you take the mag out, and point it at the ground, a BB rolls out. So I put the mag back in, cock it, and pul the trigger. Blow-back Blows back, but no BB comes out. I pull the trigger four more times. nothing. I take the mag out and point it at the ground.....five BBs roll out. This past week has been hectic with me being in Kentucky. I'm back now, and have alot of airsoft stuff to work on. I have a question however, I CAN send the gun back to AEX, right? Won't they fix it up for me, and just charge me for replacement parts and shiping? I REALLY hope so. It is hard to keep a positive attitude about this, as they are probably my last hope. Oh yeah, and one thing that ISN'T my fault, is that the mag also leaks a TREMENDOUS ammount, just like my other gas gun....AY CARUMBA!!! So do you guys think they will fix it, and charge me for replacement parts and shipping??
Also, I sent them an email two days ago, and they still haven't replied...tomorrwo it will be three days. SOMEBODY HELP!!!

| If they don't honor your warranty then you can tear the "stuff" out of them when you write a store reveiw, lol. | |

| Its just your hop-up bucking..... I don't think youll get the refund unless they state its unconditional....
good luck though.

| I don't know if you told them you didn't honor the warranty by trying the fix the gun yourself, then you may be the one at fault...
i just thought that...sry...

| They have tto honor the warrenty if the gun comes with one , however , if the store examins the gun they may declare it your fault ( even if it wasn't ) and not send you your new part , it has happened . I guess its a little late but I would also like to congradulate you on getting your new Luger and hope you fix It. If it was me I would send it back and hope for the best but I would prepare myself for the worst , kinda like airsoft , huh ? Any Good luck and I hope that I was more help to you now than when I reccommended that site to you for the Luger .

| Yeah, already stated that it was partially my fault.....PARTIALLY. I wasn't talking about a refund, but don't they usually let ME ship the gun TO THEM, and I pay for shipping, and they put in a new part for me, and I pay for the replacement part? Don't they provide that service?? | |

| You should read the waranty first. Different airsoft sites have different warenties. in example: I did a little internship at airsoftsmith last year. their customer service went something along the lines of them fixing anything without cost to the owner of the product if the product broke on its own (say a gear stripped because it was a lemon gear). Sometimes we would ship it back to our supplier, however most times we would just fix the problem if we had a stock replacement part(ie stock beval gear for a CA M15). AEX's basic warenty: CLASS-LEADING 60 DAY 100% LIMITED PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY for manufacturer's defects and in-house modifications only. heres another point that pertains to your gun: Any alterations or modifications to the product in any respect by any person not employed or authorized by AIRSOFT EXTREMEä will cause all such warranties to be canceled and void. You could send in your lugar to have them fix it but there probably going to charge you for a bench fee and a parts fee. A bench fee is just a fee that pays for the airsmith to work on your gun/storage space in the shop. heres a link to their upgrade service: http://www.airsoftextreme.com/store/index.php?main_page=infopages&pages_id=39you might want to look into installing the bucking yourself. If you take a pic of the bucking I can tell you which one you'll have to buy. good luck with the gun! sticks | |

| Thanks alot, Sticks, thats exactly what I needed. I would replace the hop-up bucking under normal circumstances, but thats only ONE problem with the gun..... Thanks again. | |

| I think i know what the problem is...
After reading some reveiws, you have a WE luger, right? Well it says that the gun has bad QC and the loading nozzles keep cracking.
