| that's the exact same gun I was saying that I use for my sidearm (only I got it at academy for 50 bucks). it works great, although somethings been wrong with my co2 canisters lately, cause they're leaking. | |

| I haven't shot it much, but from the little I have shot it and been shot at with it, I would say its a pretty good sidearm. Personally I use a CO2 Firepower pistol that I like alot. It uses more CO2 but I think it shoots a little farther and is a little more accurate. | |

| Eh not something i'd recommend personally. I've had bad luck with cheap CO2 pistols that i'd never bother with them again and also gave me a push to getting a nice GBB green gas gun. | |

| Mine is a cheap CO2 gun and I've had it for years and I've used it a TON. If you are looking for a good sidearm thats not a lot of $$$ then I would go with the M&P40 or the Firepower. | |

what kind of bad luck? and were any of those experiences with one of the above mentioned pistols? also, green gas is much more expensive than co2.

| Actually, I have to admit this is one of those guns that really suprised me. it's built well and the accuracy is Superb, this Handgun is one you don't want to misjudge.
Howerever; it is no longer functional because the hole where you insert the allen wrench to take the CO2 canister out of the mag is stripped....badd.

what kind of bad luck? and were any of those experiences with one of the above mentioned pistols? also, green gas is much more expensive than co2. First one i owned was a Tippmann (but the OEM is Firepower) and the striker wore out after a months use and pretty much rendered the gun useless since it wouldn't open the valve. The second one (again OEM Firepower) i broke myself on purpose but the other one of the same model the my brother and friends had all have run into issues with blown seals and no longer work well if at all anymore. Bottom line i haven't had great success personally with the inexpensive CO2 pistols while my Caspian is still going strong after almost a year of use with no problems. As a note though yes green gas is more expensive but most green gas guns can use propane as well which is vastly cheaper then green gas and maybe CO2 as well.

| I wouldn't field it. I don't much like C02. It's too erratic, the fps never stays in the same area through two shots. It's also generally a way high fps, so you can't use it in close quarters. If you can't use it in close quarters, what's the point? | |
