OPERATION: HUEY DOWN

A UH-1 CARRYING AN IMPORTANT SCIENTIST HAS TAKEN DOWN BY LIGHT MACHINE GUN FIRE NEAR DARFUR, SUDAN.

A TEAM OF FORCE RECON OPERATING IN THE AREA HAVE BEEN CALLED IN FOR A MEDIVAC RESCUE.

HEAVY HOSTILE ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA FROM THE SUDANESE INCLUDE THE JANJAWEED MILITIA FROM THE NORTH, AND THE JUSTICE AND EQUALITY MOVEMENT (JEM) FROM THE SOUTH.

THIS WON’T BE A SIMPLE RESCUE OPERATION, THIS IS HOSTILE TERRITORY.

TEAM DESIGNATION

PILOT, CREW AND SCIENTIST 'DOWNED PILOT TEAM'. (OLIVE DRAB, limited to 6 players only)

The pilot crew are a team of USMC, they consist of a pilot, 4 crew, and a scientist.

RECON ESCORT & RESCUE TEAM (MARPAT DESERT, limited to 14 players only).

This team is a team of USMC Force Recon, who were operating in the area, escorting a VIP.

JANJAWEED MILITIA (MARPAT WOODLAND and ACU, limited to 15 players only).

The Janjaweed Militia are a local insurgent group, believed to be funded by the local Sudanese government. They operate very conspicuosly, and publicly operate in what seems to be the government's interests.

JUSTICE & EQUALITY MOVEMENT. (15 players only, mixed other camos, MULTICAM, DCU, WOODLAND, etc).

The Justice and Equality Movement are a team of freedom fighters, revolutionaries, trying to set their country of the oppressors. Made up of former military forces, and trained local recruits, they're somewhat soldiers of fortune with a steadfast belief in a revolution.

Jeez a 50 player limit? We got 400 people at the SC Village: Teeth of the Tiger OP...haha. I'm guessing theyre already out of spots...

It's a very limited operation, limited to full on MilSim players only. If you check the regulations, you'll see why it's an attractive thing to MilSim players, to want to be in a 50 man game, full of like minded, decent players.

400 players at Camp Pendleton would be retarded, and make it impossible to move.

We had 366 people at the opening day at our field in Lake Elsinore, so getting numbers is not a problem for Jericho.

This is a more hardcore milsim airsofter event, aimed at those people that understand the difference, hence the midcap only, age limit, etc. We're trying to shut out the idiots, not invite them....haha...

Sounds good. Any idea when it's gunna start filling up? I'd like to go, schedule and availability permitting. Looks pretty cool.

judging by the flow of people at jericho i would suggest registering for it ASAP. As there are many players at jericho that i can think of, that would sign up for this OP.
