Best way to relay intel

Kinda lost here never really relayed over comms to huge groups it was always face to face anyways.

I want to know the best way to do it. Should I say call signs and all that good stuff when starting trasmision? or just say sniper team 1 or what?

Should it be done in incremints? Giving new intel every 3 or 5 minutes, or just say what I see when I spot it? Pretty much anything on relaying not sending trasmisions to certain people.

Yeah I read that over and over to the point of memorization, but what I understood it was for contacting specific people/squads. I am talking about telling up to 15-20 people at a time not really specifing a squad or certain member.

I am also not sure weather I should tell Command and have them tell the rest of the people or if I should do it myself.

I think I should do it my self so No intel gets messed up like that telephone game you know.

and to get away from the telephone game make ur hq write it down. thats why pen pockets are in the ACU styled uniforms

Anyways, if you're speaking to multiple callsigns in one transmission, you'd say their callsigns before starting the convo.
