| Quick checklist of my SEAL loadout. If there is anything you guys think i should add please tell me! Equipment:
A pair Tri-color DCU's 1 Shemagh 1 OD PASGT Helmet (will try to replace with a mich replica later on for realisim) 1 pair of boots (seals can wear any boots they want be it hiking boots etc since they can "handpick" their gear) 1 pair of ESS combat goggles with cover 11 M4 style magazines (7 mids, 2 standards and 2 highcaps) 7 AK74 style magazines (all mids) 1 coyote brown Spec Ops plate carrier attached: - triple AK pouch (currently holding 9 m4 mags) - single open topped quick reload m4 mag pouch (holds 1) - double pistol mag pouch (on top of the open topped m4 pouch) - admin pouch (no use really, just holds my Hydration tube in place, and looks cool, also holds my knife) - hydration bladder pouch (100oz of nice water ) - large utility pouch attached to the hydration pouch (will hold etc bb's/gas, or is some gases beef jerky) "quick i got you covered, get the beef jerky on my immediate 6!" - medium sized dump pouch 1 alice belt attached: - BDS tactical universal holster (lefty) - Rubber knife and sheath ReplicasM4 with 8.4v 1100mah battery (2) DBOYS AK74u with 8.4v 1100mah battery (3) HFC DARKHAWK glock variant with.....gas I will switch out the ak and m4 from time to time in order to role play as a SEAL who lost his weapon (omg he did?) and had to find the next best thing in a hostile environment (in most cases an AK47, or just rocks ) thanks to the fact i have AK pouches, i can easily use this rig for both the ak and m4 thats why it's so easy Overall all this gear weighs about 30 pounds (varies a bit based on m4 or ak)..... but it feels too light. anything you guys believe i should add? i really have a feeling it's ot as realistic as it should be, or that my gear is not the right thing. please let me know. Pics can be made available on request.

| Umm you could also rock a woodland boonie cap. Other then that I think it's good maybe a radio pouch with a radio and throat mic. Seems to be pretty close I don't think they have any fancy gear to say exactly I'm a SEAL.
I would think they have light rigs just because of how they role.
Check out some of they military picture sites.

| Seal's do not get to choose their own gear... They get issued gear from their specific platoon or team, this is what confuses people. The entire MOS of the "SEAL" does not have a standard, however they do have a unit standard and get issued their gear from them. Hiking boots etc are ISSUED to them, they don't BUY them with their own or unit money...
What you need, -Better lid(MICH 2000 with Norotos mount is very common) -MLCS M4 pouches -Ditch the open top -MBITR(large rado) pouch -Larger radio or radio replica -Drop the utility to the front
Thats really all you need to do. BTW it's against international law for SEAL's to just pick up random weapons on the battlefield... Or any other unit in the US military for that matter. But it would be an alright story I guess....

| Or he could stick his AK with his Russian set up and his M4 with his seal set up | |

sticks thank you for your input. MICH is indeed a must MCLS m4 pouches? i have never heard of it. link please? and the large utility pouch is actually on the back attached to my hydration carrier. but still get rid of it? Honestly i think if i was in a hostile territory, and i had no weapon whatsoever. i would take whatever i could regardless of international law. its part of adapting which is what SEALs are trained to do. IMO at least...

| SEAL Teams usually prefer black camo and usually sport MP5s with a silencer built in sorta like this http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=5820 but thats cuz they do most of their operations when its dark out. When they scuba dive or HALO parachute into a mission they don\'t wear plate carriers. In the dust bowl desert tiger has become popular same with multicam. But SEAL kit varies mission to mission to best comply with that mission. and ya. its illegal to take them away from non hostile civilians but if they shot at you with it, its up for grabs. especially if you need a new firearm. | |

| NN2H, if it's an easy SEAL loadout you want, go UDT style! Just get some Navy-issue scratchy-ass OD boxers and a rubber knife and you're done! | |

and ya. its illegal to take them away from non hostile civilians but if they shot at you with it, its up for grabs. especially if you need a new firearm. they do wear plate carriers. i suppose i am trying to replicate this photo at best. they use the exact same style plate carrier as i do, and also DCU's, also im not trying to replicate SEAL's now, because they were ACU too now (which i think is ugly.) i'm trying to replicate late 90's early 2000's. Ohhhh, i didn't mean it like. i meant they are in a hostile zone. For example, under fire SEAL drops his weapon while running from cover to cover. it means suicide to to back. Or His weapon is shot by OpFor and disabled. Lets just say there is a dead OpFor in his immediate vicinity with a nice AK in his cold dead hands. I bet they would take it in a heartbeat. SEALs only scuba dive and halo jump? that pretty stereotypical i suppose. i had an mp5 before but it wasn't my style, not enough range, not accurate. @killyoun they do travel light but all that gear does still weigh a lot. I would think a light kit for them would be 40-50 pounds. Especially if they are wearing plate carriers wtih plates in them and fully loaded magazines etc. @jarhead you made me laugh >_< i should also carry a satchel bag then its definitely complete!!! haha @sticks. this is the hydro carrier i have http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=961its just a regular MOLLE one...

| Those bike helmets are the shiznit (Jarhead's tryin' to be black, haha). My buddy Rick has one he bought off a PJ here, and I'm very jealous, haha. I've decided, I'm going to make a UDT loadout! Painful bleeding welts, here I come! Thanks for the inspiration, NN2H! | |

| Ok, revamping.
Getting a MICH helmet (tan) recommendations? trying to find a decent one for a decent price.
Switching the ak pouches out for m4 pouches
Taking out the open topped m4 pouch replacing it with radio pouch

Im thinking it will work out well. when i just wear a regular alice belt with my holster. it sags down to the sight. but with my battle belt. i have a harness to help hold it up (its very thin so it doesn't make my PC uncomfortable to wear)

| Okay, that makes sense. Definitely do that. It doesn't even sound like it would even take up any more space. | |
