| What team exactly would MC go on for games that split teams according to color of camo.
I personally think it is tan but it has lots of green when you get close. I want this to be a logical thread so don't say badass team or somthing.

| If they are, multicam is made into two different patterns. One has more green that tan, and one has more tan than green, the latter being more common. If I had to classify it as any, I would probably put both patterns into tan classification. | |

| I'd put them on tan, as SnoSnipe said. Just seems more fitting. | |

| If it's green or tan then MC is usually tan from what I've seen.
I've seen events split it up lots of other ways though. Could be analog vs. digital. Could be camo vs. solid. One I'm going to next month will be Fallout themed with MC/UCP Brotherhood of Steel vs. desert camo/leather/denim raiders vs. green-based super mutants. Another one I'm going to has no restrictions on camo. Instead they'll use colored armbands to identify teams.
Event planners can split up teams any way that suits them.

...UCP and ARPAT are the same thing... @Snosnipe UCP probably goes on the tan side because deployed American soldiers wear it in the desert. That's all I can think of.

| It definitely doesn't blend in the desert, that's for sure. | |

| UCP is worn everywhere. The only place it seems to work is in the mountains though....

| I have noticed (and my friend's who are not colourblind) that it blends in really well at night. It reflects the darkness very well, and does not silhouette you like black does. | |

| UCP is universal camo pat Airfore and Army use(d) ARPAT is a form of UCP while the ABU is another form. Kinda why they got the accronims ACU (Army Combat Uniform) and ABU (Airman Battle Uniform) because of the UCP | |

| Actually, I'm pretty sure UCP is only on the ACU. The ABU has a different pattern entirely. Just with the same color scheme. It's tan because it has a tan base with foliage and gray printed on it. And more simply because it's light in color. | |

There's your answer. Yeah, lonesniper, the pattern on ABU is quite different than UCP. ABU's current pattern is more of a digital tiger stripe sort of thing. ACU and BDU are merely designation for the cuts of the uniforms. (placement of the pockets, number of pockets, etc). For example, you could have two types of multicam: one printed on ACU or one printed on BDU. They would both be MultiCam uniforms, just in different formats. Same goes for any other pattern
