| Please forgive me if I step on anyone's toes with this post , yet , I think it is something that should be said . The JG-Bar 10 is a great airsoft gun and as is the L-96 , this has been answered numerous times on the forum so I will not go into details about the guns yet I will say this . Both guns are great so you don't need to ask any questions about getting one if you are just wondering that , for other reasons then go ahead and shoot , no pun intended . Admin may stand beside me when I say this , and sorry for the All Caps , PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING ON THIS FORUM , the L-96 and JG-Bar ten question is notorious on this forum , please read around the forum has answered questions on these guns numerous times , and they are making the forums seem lees than what they should be . Threads are being closed left and right . New users please read the forums before a question is asked and no Im not trying to run you off as I have ask one of these questions before . Old users should know better . I am sorry yet I am tird of getting on and seeing 5 of these questions in the which gun or ask a pro or guns and gears . PMing if you want is fine but please don't post unless you have read the threads posted on this forum . I am sorry if anyone has been offeneded , but I need to say it Alabama Sniper , good bye .

| I can understand that, wrong section...and no im not going to start p*ss fight over what section it belongs in.
We know this is a issue and if need be, i may add a link to it in my sig so any n00bie looking for it, instead of posting can go pull up admin's post on this.
Most people DON'T read the "Read before posting" or "forum policy posts" infact, we set up a click counter on the stickied thread, and are lucky to get 1 hit a month, with a gain of 5-10 members a month.
I can really make that science project. Instead, make it a pop up or something saying and flashing and sparkling "USE SEARCH TOOL!!!...or die" lol

| That is a good idea actually , lol . Anyway I think that the Read Before Posting should be a page itself that you first see before getting on this site . | |

| Hmm... I'm sorry I didn't see this post earlier. Very good post Alabama_Sniper. This is a question I get ALL THE TIME. On top of that, it's already been answered a lot in this forum (use the Advanced search option). Like Alabama said, they're both great guns. With the JG Bar-10 you get a very high quality rifle that can be upgraded to a high FPS (around 500) with free and simple mods. We even have a guide for these upgrades here in this forum. I personally would recommend the JG Bar-10 over the L96.
The UTG/WELL/CLONE L96s are great guns as well though. They offer great stock performance, a unique look, and a sturdy body. I have a longer thread "stickied" in the sniper general discussion section about these L96s - check it out.

| Thanks I also reccommend the Bar 10 over the L-96 because of the realistic feel , it holds like a real rifle or at least looks as though it does . This is just my bias descition anyway . The worst thing that UTG and other companies could have done was rename the L-96 into MK96 because that just makes new questions about the matter arise . | |

AMEN! There are many examples where retailers/manufacturers rename or simply hand out several different names at the same time for the same rifle... makes for some confusing explanations on forums.

| I know the L-96 is a great gun but is the MK 96 any better ? It makes you wanna scream , but you have to admit for a newbie it might be pretty confusing . | |
