| So I've been airsofting a good six years, and this is my first real "Loadout" or "Kit" I've ever done. They've never really interested me, but this one just really appeals to me. A Vietnam-Era LRP (Long Range Patrol) Kit. This one, I think, will be really cool. Items I already have on the list are the simple things: M16-A1 (WHICH COMPANY SHOULD I BUY?!?!? I'm leaning towards TM, but they're impossible to find...) M-79 'Blooper' 'Nam-Era Rucksack I don't know any other specifics of what I need, which is why I'm here List 'em, boys!! EDIT: I just read that they wear some form of Tiger Stripe...I wonder what kind. | |

| I'd roll with a Echo 1 M16A1 for a simple kit like that but that's just me | |

| For the M16 if i were you I say go with a burst kit if you have the money. TM would be great if you could find one, I wouldn't personally go with the classic army because of the lack of upgrades and aftermarket parts. | |

| phredryxun92, Classic Army followed the TM standard for parts etc. Anything that will fit on a TM will fit a CA.
Internally CA's new M15 series is simply amazing for a stock AEG. 16-18RPS on an 8.4V battery! The externals have been the most solid out of any replica sense their conception, this hasn't changed.
Personally I would pick up a CA, if you want the truest replica you can find I would go with a G&P M16a1 though.

| Only a few LRPs used AKAs, as they were difficult to come by. Sticks, WGC has a perfect TM in stock, any idea where I might find a CA A1 you're talking about? In stock?? | |

| Apologies for the Double Post, but looks like I will cancel this loadout, as I can't find a SINGLE M16A1 in-stock anywhere...and that was to be the Gemstone of my loadout. | |

| Yup, and obviously the trades on the body. But I'd maybe settle and just buy the flash hider and handguard, but I can't find one. | |
