I really need to one together.
Must have for mine so far are gauze pads, medical tape, and hydrogen peroxide spray | |

| Bandaids and some form of alcoholic cleaning liquid, as well as a neosporin are the most important things in any airsofters IFAK. I'll take a picture of mine tonight when I get off work.
If you plan on applying first aid to other players, non latex gloves are a necessity. Sometimes you can find sterile packs of gloves at CVS or a similar drug store.

| Well i bought a little "Band-Aid" brand first aid kit for 1 dollar. It consisted of a few bandaids, some gauze pads, alcohol wipes, and a few other things Should i include things like ibuprofen and excedrin? | |

| Um...a few things,
whistle form wrap (works better for wound wrapping than gauze sheets) scissors/knife/multitool sting relief gel eppi pens (sp) (if you are allergic to stings) iodine wipes / alcohol wipes instant ice pack bandanna knowledge.

| Band Aids, Ace wraps for twisted ankles (also works for lashing gear), Tylenol and Benadryl (for myself only, no one else gets meds from me due to possible unknown allergies). Neo, 4x4's, and kling for cuts. The bigger stuff stays in my car.
Since I'm a paramedic myself, and I definitely don't fit in an of my team members' packs, I keep my company's Bell 206L4 Helicopter with me. | |
