| Text is in spoiler thing cuz I heard it helps keep posts from being bot'd and search-able by engines. (Is that true???) - Spoiler:
((LOL I was typing "cigs and me" but I effed up and put an S...so I was like one letter away from typing meth in the title. So was like "to "Watch your language" with it" I'm going to type meth just because I want to. *adds 't' to title*))
So I'm one of those douche bags (WTF how'd that get through the filter) that one day leads a rally calling for a ban on cigarettes...then that weekend will go and smoke em...cuz they're great... (Disclaimer: don't do drugs kiddies!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
But I was wondering if someone could try to link me to some articles on "how much exercise or detox time does it take to 'burn off' 1 cigarette" from a reasonable source. Was having a "disagreement" over it with some friends claiming that depending on your body type, you can calculate detox for the "every-once-in-a-while-you'll-have-one" smoker based on BMI or that there are certain foods that you can eat more of in addition to your normal diet that can help reduce mucus buildup in your lungs so there' nothing to trap the tar and crap. I think it's like foods with alot of alkalines and green tea and stuffz.
Frankly I don't believe it, but I sure do want it to be true. I'm trying to make educated and premeditated steps with my life at a time where I really would normally have the "I don't give a f***" mindset.
Go forth and G0O0O0O0GLE!!!
Hypocrisy FTW!
