Why do alot of people prefer not to use the charger you get with AEG packages ? Is it because it takes longer to charge ? Better yet, can they damage your battery ?

Main reasons: Will cause damage to your battery if left plugged in unlike Smart Chargers which turn off automatically. Slower charging times. Easier to break.
