Usernames

Well, you see, everyone (or at least most people) have a story behind their usernames.
Mine (alexkmmll) came from when I was making my Gmail. I typed in my name, but it was taken, and they gave me alexkmmll instead.
So, how did you guys get your usernames?

Well when my brother and I decided to finally get xbox live we needed to decided on our gamertag. He thought of the idea of respelling our last name. Also I didn't realize at the time when we made it, but the 92 is for his birth year. So Fredrickson transformed into Phredryxun. So now I almost use it for everything.

Ha funny, I have a teacher with the lastname of Fredrick. And I would have never guessed it was pronounced "Fredrickson"

I was writing a book with a friend and my character's name was Breckton. He was this awesome desert warrior. So now I use "Breckton" for almost all my usernames.

its my last name im proud of it because all my family on dad side served in the miltary

I got this when I made an AIM screenname in like 6th grade which automatically creates an email, and I just used it for everything else. "DrummerBoy95" was taken so I added a Z I kinda really hate it haha

"Spl. Durkee"

From back in my forum-newbie days when I was all hard an' shite (from waaaay back, before I was banned from Airsoft Retreat, California Airsoft League, and other forums).
"Spl." for "Specialist"...because I thought I was somehow the coolest person in the world because I was a competitive action shooter ("real steel").

And..."Durkee"...for my last name (which is now famous).

I made mine when i was overly obsessed with randy Shughart, Gary Gordon and Mike Durant, the super-six-four guys from BHD. They were muh childhood heroes.....

I took my first initial and put sniper after it, because I am "a sniper" only it's my first initial (hence, the capital "A").

Yeah Alex when I used to play xbox alot more I would laugh as people would try to pronounce my gamertag. And Durkee I remember definition #2. I thought it got deleted?

I second that! it seems to be pretty unimaginative, but it's really very creative.

The story behind my name is that i have been on a few other forums and there have always been haters and trolls etc. Thus the creation of my epic name occured.

Well, AA was one of the few sites that allowed the length of such a name

Yes because AA is one of the few sites that allows that much epicness in one username... and for that, we thank this sacred forum.
