| No, a 9.6v battery wont require any mods on the gun. As for the mag, yes. It is in the discription. Although for rails, I can't help you. Sorry | |

Will the battery wear the gun out faster?

Will the battery wear the gun out faster? It all depends on the internals. Yes, technically its going to wear out the replica faster, but it's nothing to worry about. The worst thats going to happen is in 2 or three years your going to break your motor or snap some worn teeth on a gear. I would personally recommend using the 9.6v. Its going to give you a quicker firing gun, with a higher FPS.

well, sorta made one. it came off my old slam-fire "shotgun" (you know, the cheap walmart springer that was beast when you first started airsoft ) and he cut it to size and drilled some holes so it would fit on his ak. he also painted it black so now it looks just like part of the gun. redneck mods at their best!

| sure the mag will work, but most high caps are pretty shoddy.... so you won't get the same quality and life span as you would with midcaps. | |

yeah, nn2h is right. just get a few midcap mags. they don't rattle around as much and there's no winding necessary. here's a 150 round midcap for 25 bucks. just get a couple of these and you should be good to go. midcap mag

Actually, it will only give you better ROF & trigger response. It will NOT boost your FPS at all.

I have that mag and it works great with my 47 but I tried using it in a friend's 74 and it was super wobbly. So I wouldn't go with that one.
