| Eh, come on. You already got a gun from a friend for cheap and it's broken. $125 for a $500 gun...be careful and don't act on impulses...
The Ares M60, while being lighter than the A&K, is still over 12 pounds empty, over 13 fully loaded with .2s. And it's looooooooooong and hard to maneuver. So if you like sitting in a bunker and hosing down with a gun that doesn't feed well enough for a support gun, get the M60. If you want to spend thousands on upgrades for the sniper rifle and like being bored sitting in a bush, get the VSR-10...

| just a warning: if you go with the sniper role, be sure you know what you're getting into. drummerboyz hit the nail on the head when he said sitting in a bush bored waiting for an opponent to come along. I personally enjoy the satisfaction of a perfect hit, but it doesn't come along often. most times I go a whole game without one kill. if that's what you want, I say go for it. but if you're lookin to be the BA marine sniper with twenty kills a game, forget it. go with a good solid AEG. | |

what?! 20-30 kills a game?! dang, looks like I need to find some new techniques! yeah, unfortunately my utg l96 is broken, but it's just the crappy stock trigger. I ordered a new one like two months ago (couldn't afford a zero yet) and it said it was expected to be in stock the next week. next week came and it said it was expected to be in stock the next week, and so on and so forth for about a month at which point I emailed customer service and got a reply that they would "check with the manufacturer and give me an expected date for it to be in stock". seriously?! isn't that what I've been getting for the past two months. but I'm gettin ready to sell all my old pokemon cards (those things are like ancient artifacts) and I'm probly gonna make somewhere around 500 bucks off em, so zero trigger here I come!

| aww you too im about to sell my pokemon cards lol but i say its best to knockout the zero trigger first which is what im doing, but you just have to get a good technique down for those 20-30 kills then again i play with noobs who come in rain boots and a raincoat and stand out in the open lol but 15 is the most i get playing against better people also i say just lone wolf snipe its easier to move without worrying about someone, sometimes ill team up with another sniper its just somewhat easier when going against multiple targets | |

yeah, a spotter can be good occasionaly, depending on your objective, but usually it's better to just go solo so that you can move around undetected easier.
