| Ok, my m4 is getting old and I have a feeling it is going to conk out, should I just upgrade the gearbox etc?
Or should I get a new m4? I was thinking along the lines of the KWA devgru like m14 was thinking about, or a g&g (if i am on a budget.) I have heard terrible things about the g&g though....
my current m4 is nothing special.
dboys gearbox with after market full cylinder. JG motor JG hopup etc etc
basically its all JG/Dboys stuff.
What would be the cheapest bet? to just upgrade I would think...

| Get a KWA or G&P. I'm sure it would be a nice step up from a JG. | |

I would have to save up a lot for the KWA.

| I HATE KWA RIFLES! SO UGLY AND STUFF WILL BREAK! Get the G&P I have. It is $250 because it comes in a plain cardboard box, a body with cheaper trademarks, and no battery or charger. KWA has nothing at all on G&P. | |

| What makes you thing your M4 is about to give up the ghost??
New piston, motor bushings and gears is still a heck of alot cheaper than a new rifle.

| if the body is still solid, no barrel wobble, I would go with a repair/upgrade, nothing like having an old reliable, tried and tested in the hands. | |

agreed, I might just custom build my own gearbox. that way i know what is in there and have say what is initially in it i do have a stock classic army gearbox and motor sitting around. should i use those? or get something better?

| My KWA just passed a cold weather test with flying colors. It was at times completely covered with snow and worked

| With the Stock CA GB, donīt go any higher than a M120, lose that P.O.S. yellow CA Piston ( DF is the way to go ), and you will have a solid base for later improvements. | |

Never seen any part on a kwa break, ever. I say grab the devgru and tell me how it is!! You'll actually save money in the long run...
