Tracers?

I've been considering getting a tracer suppressor and tracer bbs... does anybody own one or have suggestions? Are they worth the $?

my idea: if you play night/low light, it might be worth it
otherwise it would be less use, other than for a support gun on milsim games

still if you just want the cool factor it should be neat.
but I've never seen one so I don't really know for sure

It will show where your shots are going, but also where they are coming from. Having a hose of light pouring out of your location will probably not be so good unless most of the other people are using tracers too. But you can always take it off so if you play at night my vote goes to getting one.

I played at once at night with some friends. Even though we covered ourselves in lights, we still couldnt see where the heck our BBs were going. You really can\'t aim at all if you can\'t see them. My take on it is: If your going to use it often, and you want to take the hit in the wallet (and litterally in some cases) then go for it. You can always remove it, and sell it if you need to.

I think I'll do it when I've got some spare money and when we have a good group of people coming with us at night, but until then I'm just gonna wait on it. Thanks for the advice guys!
