Not really, I have Flash, better cams, better OS, etc. All for less lol. The iPad 2 has a little better performance due to the dual core prosessor but thats about it IMO.

I suppose. But I would still rather have iOS 4.3 instead of Android, at least for a tablet. Phones are a quite the opposite. It would be a lot easier if the iPad supported flash but it is something that I can live with. Both are pretty cool devices.
Mildly relevant fun fact: I'm using my iPod touch to control my computer right now, through a VNC server and TouchPad app. It's cool

Android 2.2 is actually quite nice on tablets.
